Oh god , i have learned a very important lesson today . I should never procastinate . you see , i arrive in megalab before noon , planing to do my assignment , but i didnt do it . i surf the web , do this and that . the momment i wanna pay attention and do my assignment , guess what happened ..... the microsoft programme got problem.... OMG.. why this happened to me....... WHY??? If i know earlier i shouldnt close the last window of that programme... now how ar..... a really big lesson i learned in never procastinate....... God.. Please help me by letting me finish the assignment by today... please....

BLOOD DONATION @ wawasan square , sabah
Are you all reading the correct words or am i out of my mind... Friends .. do you still remember this scene ; f.theng , are you going to take that X suntikan . No la i scared of needle la , I successfully pakat with my dad to not given his permission for the injection and the list goes on..... so on the 17 / 8 / 08 , what have i done....
where is all my fear , where have they gone..... today is the day where i know what is my blood type and i successfully donate blood.... weird right , my friend... the person that you know that so damn scared of needle , going up and down , finding ways to advoid injection will actually donate blood....
i heard from many people , donate blood very painfull wan , the needle very big wan , and so on.... but on that day where i have experience myself only i know the truth... hahahahaha....
i was very scared at that time , my blood pressure quite high the first time the doctor check but it goes down to normal during second check...
i was the fifth person to donate blood at that time , and the nurse who can see my nervours face at that time just give me to donate the smallest pack that is 50 ml. 'First try' the nurse say . i take the packet in a tray , and go to the bed.. i got special layanan , they cover me (my legs la) with blanket.. others dont have wan... lolz... i face another side , not daring to see... i feel they tie something on my arms and ask me to grab a small hard plastic bottle... i can feel a bit pain la , like the pain when i take hipatitis B injection , then got one temple teacher say ok already.. my blood flow out liao.. only that time i know oh.. its not pain after all... she ask me to play around with the bottle also.. like grab hard and slowly 'lepaskan' and like that la... i play for a while and i manage to ask senior weather is it pain or not when the pull out the needle... they just smile and say not pain wan... after sometime , the nurse walk to my side , my face was on the another side all the time , not daring to see the blood and needle la... then i can feel she touch my hand , the next thing i feel is she take out the ribbon and she ask me to rest for around 5 minute like that before i come down.. hey , they already take out the needle and stick a goth on the needle place.. and i dont feel anything.... hahahahahahaha..... i rest on the bed lo , after a while i come down , wear my shoes , and sit at the side . the temple teacher ( woman ) touch my hand see its cold or not and tell me i must drink the pack of milo that being given.... after some resting , i walk around the mall with a senior to ask people to join the campaign.... lolz.....
later around 1.30 like that they bring us back to the hostel , where i get my good sleep the hold days... lolz....
Guess i became more and more brave in sabah... my first and definetly a memorable experience in donating blood.... hopefully the small pack of blood can save people... hopefully....

Family Day @ E ( Karambunai Resort )
Last Saturday on the 9 / 8 / 08 , my hostel or what we called kampung E organized a family day at karambunai resort . Because I want to continue to stay at the hostel , and to get a passport cop , I sacrifice RM20 for that activities . The activities was scheduled to start at 7 am so i plan to wake up at 6.30 la , but last minute , which is early in the morning , at 6 am , we got an urgent call that the bus will leave at 6.30 am . want or don't want , i must leave the comfort of the bed and take my bath . what a cold and refreshing water . It can made me shivering the moments i walk out from the bath room . finish taking my bath , i need to pack my bag , why??? Cause i too lazy to pack the night before . after finish packing which was around 6.25 am like that , i rush down to wait for the bus in the cafeteria . but what a disappointed scene i get . just very few people there only , so the morning call which say the bus will bertolak at 6.30 am is not true . what to do , i cant go back to my room and continue my sleep so i go to buy food to eat lo .i finish my fried rice , which was my breakfast at around 6.45am and the bus still not yet bertolak . it was around 6.50 like that only people started to line up for the bus and what time the bus came?? exactly 7 am . lolz.... the trip was around half an hour from the university . the scenery not bad , the sea quite clean , the place no rubbish ( at least i didn't see any ) . we still got some time to explore around cause we arrive quite early . after some photo shooting here and there , and when everyone arrive already we start the programme. i was in the black team and i join treasure hunt . we run from one side to another to find clue . the game end at noon .
the funniest part is in the afternoon where we are allow to play water . first time in the history of my life i canoe . and without a life jacket?? why i didn't wear one ?? lolz... the answer sure made you all laugh till stomach ache ..
i cant fit to buckle the life jacket . i sit in the middle while my roommate sit at my back and my friend sit in front of me ... it was hard to go the way you want to . at first , when we start time we just made a big round and not successfully to go across.. So we start again , this time we successfully to cross the river but we have difficulties to come back . .... and our canoe masuk a lot of water , so have to come down and pour the water out.....
i guess we go round and round trying to find a right way to row back to shore but we just couldn't.... we canoe until its nearly time to finish the programme , and we are still in the middle of the paya . then , got one gentlemen walk to our side ( the water is not very deep , you can actually walk across ) and push us all the way to shore... lolz...... and one more thing , karambunai resort got a lot of starfish... you can very easily find one.....
it's time for the result , our team in treasure hunt got first but from the bottom (at least we try our best already ) but overall our team managed to get first runner up..... lolz.....the trip is fun for its the first time i really go and play at the seaside but tired...
